couple of comments -
* please use words as well as colour to distinguish things,
  it's entirely possible we'll have someone on the director's
  call unable to perceive red/green contrast, or red/black...

* the call will go faster if the disposition document marks
  not whether the comment was accepted or reject, but whether
  the commenter has expressed satisfaction with the resolution.
  ("no reply in six weeks" could also be taken as "satisfied")

With so few comments, it probably won't take too long to go
through every comment on the call, but there's always a risk
when that happens that someone will say, what if the
commenter was right, maybe they should go back to last call...
and then we spend an hour discussing why the WG was right :)

Otherwise, it looks good to me (I know you didn't ask me
explicitly, but it looks good anyway...)
