FW: XML Core updates to SML XLink ref scheme

The SML XLink Reference Scheme WG Note has been updated to reflect our
comments (about using Xlink 1.1). You can see the diff version at

Pinging you privately in case Bugzilla is not lying.  Although I put you
on the cc list for the bug when I opened it, I just recorded a "+1 to
changes" comment in it and the Bugzilla response said it was excluding

being truthful.  Net is a draft of the updates is available and I at
least see no problems with them.
