And attached are the xlink-simple.rnc and xlink.rnc schemas.
The xlink.rnc depends on the xlink-simple.rnc.  These will validate
complete documents that use xlink:* attributes only in permitted ways.

I ran all the examples in the XLink 1.1 draft through jing, and they
all validate against xlink.rnc.  All the ones that are simple links
also validate against xlink-simple.rnc, but the extended link example
(in 5.1) validates only against xlink.rnc.
