XML Core WG telcon today (may be disrupted)

Please try to dial into the XML Core telcon today
as usual (where "usual" is an hour earlier for
those not in North America--in about 30 minutes
as I write this).

However, currently Zakim is not working, so if
you cannot get through after several attempts,
assume that the telcon is cancelled due to
technical difficulties.
