RE: Publication Request: PER for XML Base Second Edition

I am a bit confused.

I cannot see where the document at
http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2006/09/xmlbase-2e/
references http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/ .

I does reference http://www.w3.org/XML/Core/ which is
the public home page for the WG.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't--and shouldn't--mention
http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/Core since that is a member-only
page.

I think you are asking permission to change
http://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/18796/admin to
reference http://www.w3.org/XML/Core/ instead of
http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/Core .

I think that is fine with me, since I don't think it makes
any difference to the WG, but I'm not sure. In what way
would such a change affect the WG?
