RE: Publication Request: PER Request for XML 1.0 5th Edition

Shrug.  We decided on this date before, and I'd like
to get this published.  The PER will be out for three
months--almost as long as the US election process.
Anybody who cares about XML will have plenty of
opportunity to notice.
