We note that the PR period ended 2008 March 7.

ACTION to Henry: Lead the process of developing a
director's decision.

ACTION to Konrad, Henry: Consider the following question:
Is c14n11(c14n11(xmlfile)) == c14n11(xmlfile)?

After some research, Henry believes there is no problem
with namespace prefixes, so he now suspects that
c14n11(c14n11(xmlfile)) == c14n11(xmlfile).

We should address this in our upcoming next edition of NS 1.0.

ACTION to Henry: Do some pinging about the schedule of IRI bis.

We should be sure XLink spells out Legacy Extended IRIs
and that IRI bis mentions the abbreviation LEIRI.

We should fix this in our next publication.
