RE: Namespaces 2nd editions

Not having a diff is okay, but then we do need something like an
appendix describing the major differences.

I am now working on the new versions of Namespaces 1.0 and 1.1.  For
1.0, I think it is too hard to try to produce diffs against the first
edition since we are starting from 1.1.  So for both second editions I
will mark up diffs against 1.1.

The working copies are in

The former already has some changes - IRI changed back to URI everywhere.
The latter has no changes yet.
