Hi Richard,
please view the attachment in full screen, the rational for those
changes is to keep leading "../" segments
and to prevent the erroneous creation of an output that looks like a net
path.
E.g.: seg/.././/pseudo-netpath/seg/file.ext will look like this after
normalization
//pseudo-netpath/seg/file.ext
