I wonder, if anyone here heard of EBML ?

Hello!

Had anyone had a look upon http://ebml.sf.net ?
Extensible Binary Meta-langauge, having libs in C and Java, used as a
background for multimedia files.

I wonder, can it be compared to Binary XML ?

If someone is familiar - can he be kind to make some comparisions ?
