apologies for missing sequential meetings, and for replying before 
reviewing today's minutes, but for what it is worth, and with the 
author and end user foremost in mind, i would vote to use XForms 1.2, 
since there is still an outside chance that XForms 1.2 may end up as 
the FORM model in HTML5 as reflected in the following PF/XTech wiki 
page:
