Process for registering a mediatype for a W3C spec

It looks like registering media types is easier than it used to be. You  
can specify the media type in the spec and then follow the following  
process to tell IETF:

	http://www.w3.org/2002/06/registering-mediatype

Apparently (I am told) you can even register a media type defined in a  
note.
