Ruby schema module

The draft XHTML 1.1 spec has in its appendices an implementation of the 
Ruby module in XML Schema.  Unfortunately, it is broken.  I am trying to 
figure out the best way to fix it that is consistent with the content 
model as expressed in the DTD and with our general approach to schema 
modules.  If anyone wants to help with this, I would be really really 
grateful!
