Call time changes next week

This coming Sunday 9th March, the USA changes to daylight savings time.
Three weeks later Europe follows suit.

This means:

	USA: You will notice no change in call times
	Europe: For three weeks the call will be one hour earlier
	Japan: Until the USA changes back, the call will be one hour earlier.
