Reviewing the RDFa Syntax specification

The RDFa task force is basically ready to send its Syntax document to 
last call.  Before it can do that, the XHTML 2 working group needs to 
resolve that is okay.  The latest draft is at 
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2008/ED-rdfa-syntax-20080125/

Please review this with an eye toward voting on whether it can go to 
last call - we should probably send feedback no later than 6 February.
