Role Attribute comments for last call

We are about to start a second last call period on role.  We have 
addressed the comments from the last call period, and a disposition of 
comments draft is available [1].  The current editor's draft is 
available at [2].  I would update it with a couple of minor changes but 
I cannot upload.  I will get that fixed asap.
