Mails to old WG list

I just by chance discovered that Shane accidently sent a mail last week to  
the old (member-only) WG email list w3c-html-wg (plus some others_, which  
has caused a flurry of replies there that the WG won't have seen yet. I  
will now resend them one-by-one to the group (but watch out when replying  
that you get the reply fields right.)
