XHTML 2 Editors Draft Updated

As per my action item today, I have updated the editor's draft. I have 
not yet reviewed it, but believe it reflects the current state of the 
art from rdfa-syntax.  I still need to include a normative reference to 
rdfa-syntax, update other references etc.  It is accessible via 
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Drafts
