Dear Advisory Committee representative,

This is an update regarding the W3C Patent Policy exclusion opportunity
for the following Recommendation Track document:

- RDFa Primer 1.0
  exclusion opportunity ending on  9 August 2007

This specification was produced by the following groups:

 - XHTML2 Working Group
 - Semantic Web Deployment Working Group

If you do not wish to exclude patent claims during this exclusion
opportunity, no further action is required.

Participants have until  9 August 2007 to exclude claims reading on this
Recommendation track document; excluded claims are not subject to the
licensing requirements of the W3C Patent Policy for this document. For

Per section 4.1 of the Patent Policy [1], the draft identified by the
following URI establishes the reference material for the purposes of
this exclusion opportunity:

   RDFa Primer 1.0

All Participants currently in these Working Groups have made
Royalty-Free licensing commitments for these documents. Participants
wishing to resign from these groups should review licensing obligations
and exclusion opportunities described in section 4.2 of the Patent
Policy [2].
