Hello, I believe I may have found one bit of errata in the XHTML Modularization specs. At http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xhtml-modularization-20060705/abstract_modules.html#s_legacymodule , "dl" is listed (as part of the Legacy Module) as having a "type" attribute. I don't believe <dl> ever had a type attribute, and if it did, it is not in the HTML 4.01 specification at http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/lists.html nor in the DTD at http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/sgml/loosedtd.html . thank you, Brett Zamir
