cert:RSAPublicKey as a owl key

An RSAPublicKey is uniquely defined by its two properties cert:modulus and cert:exponent.
This I believe is known as an owl key, or as I used to call it before that came out: an
combined inverse functional property.

We should say that in the spec. What are the turtle triples I need to add to the ontology to get this done?
Asking an owl specialist here.
