proposal: change private_exponent -> privateExponent

Now we are discussing the changes: public_key -> key and public_exponent 
-> exponent. We have also a two-word property: private_exponent. Maybe 
it is a good time to change the conventions of such properties. I 
propose private_exponent -> privateExponent.
