Profile can be as simple as a Resource bearing content that semantically 
associates a WebID with a Public key. An X.509 token is a profile, it 
can be represented using ASN.1, JSON, XML, or other formats. It's just 
structured data that's accessible via a generic URI (Name) that uses 
indirection for transparent associateion with an actual URL (Address).
