New draft 12 December 2011

After the call today [1] we published a new draft at
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/webid/spec/drafts/ED-webid-20111212/ -
note that the latest editor's draft now links to the hg repository to show
the living version of the draft (respec). Changelog since last draft: Fixed
several errors in examples and diagrams, clarified TLS-Light, added SSL
renegotiation, key chain and cache control, updated list people in
acknowledgments.
