My cursory commands:
1. section 2 - point 1 - noted that this is Alice's protected HTTPS 
resource. It will be clearer.
2. section 2 - point 2 - as above (resource server -> Alice's resource 
server)
3. section 2 - fig 1. - IMHO Alice's Web Server -> Alice's Web 
Application Web Server
4. section 2 - point 5 - remove link https://bob.net/is/bob (it links 
nowhere)
5. section 2 - last paragraph https -> HTTPS
6. section 2 - URL -> URI (... can be an HTTPS URI...)
7. section 3 - IMHO subsection 3.3 should be 3.2 (3.2 TLS, 3.3 
Comparison to OpenID)
8. subsection 3.3 https -> HTTPS
9. subsection 3.3 title TLS -> Transport Layer Security
10. document is not valid (I can fix it) [1]
