USDL 3 milestone 4 published

Dear Members and interested parties in USDL,

It is a great pleasure for me to announce that we finally managed it to publish the specification of USDL 3 milestone 4. This specification includes the modules service, functional, interaction, participants, pricing, and foundation. More information and the spec documents can be found at http://internet-of-services.com/index.php?id=382. Milestone 4 is a mature but intermediate version. Milestone 5 will be the final result out of the Internet of Services initiative and will be published in the coming weeks.
