It was decided at our last telecon that we needed to hold another  
telecon this week, 12 March.  Please note that we will hold the  
meeting at 0930 Eastern Standard Time. This changes the meeting time  
for some locations because of the switch in the U.S. to Daylight  
Savings time.

    1. Approve minutes from previous meeting (if posted by then).

send out a reminder of the action items from the last meeting under

    2. Review status of action items from previous meeting.

    3. Editing team report on status of final report and completion

wiki/Assignments).  Link to html version of final report was sent in  
a separate email. Please read prior to the meeting!

    4. Discussions of Section 6 and 7 of final report.

    5. Identification of remaining work and assignment of tasks.
