A major topic of the W3C SWSC Testbed Incubator has been the
methodology of conducting solution evaluations using the testbed. One
objctive of this incubator has been to develop best practices for
anyone conducting a similar initiative, based upon our two years of
experience and discussion within this incubator, some by incubator
members only, and much on the incubator public list.

This incubator has been in effect for one year and is now coming to a
close. I have published a report containing much of our
discussion of the issues and a recommendation for best practices:

This report is hosted at the SWSC Wiki and so is really a draft
subject to ongoing modification/refinement by the SWSC participants
with Wiki access, including the organizers and members of this
incubator.

Thanks to everyone for their hard work.

Best regards, Charles Petrie
