New version of the SSN ontology (and figures with alignment coming soon)

I have uploaded a new version from Michael http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/ssn/wiki/images/3/36/Ssn.xml

And regenerated the documentation page: http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/ssn/wiki/SSN

Here are a list of the changes:

- Removal of EventSSN (using the DUL class instead), - ParameterSSN and hasParameterSSNX (deprecated)

- removal of deployedPlatform

- new class: SensorDataSheet

- new property ofFeature: A relation between some aspect of a sensing entity and a feature. For example, from a sensor to the features it can observe properties of, or from a deployment to the features it was installed to observe. Also from a measurement capability to the feature the capability is described for. (Used in conjunction with forProperty).

- new property ofProperty: A relation between some aspect of a sensing entity and a property. For example, from a sensor to the properties it can observe, or from a deployment to the properties it was installed to observe. Also from a measurement capability to the property the capability is described for. (Used in conjunction with ofFeature).

- new property: observedBy (yet to be commented)

- And too many changes in the comments to be listed here.

I'm now preparing with CMAP the new figures for all the modules doc pages. They are coming soon.
