Proposal for new meeting times: adjusting to seasonal time changes

SSN-XG Teleconference participators,

You will recall that we agreed to change the regular meeting times last October due to world time zone changes.
As we are about to change time zones again, I suggest that we revert to the original meeting times, that is alternating between:

"Week a"
Wednesday 20:00-21:00 UTC (4:00pm-5:00pm Boston local) - http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=04&day=05&year=2010&hour=20&min=00&sec=0&p1=0
"Week b"
Tuesday 13:00-14:00 UTC (9:00am-10:00am Boston local)
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=04&day=05&year=2010&hour=13&min=00&sec=0&p1=0

As changes are happening through mid- March to early April, I suggest we commence this new time from the first meeting in April
(when time zones have settled - at least for most of us). Until then, you might have to notice when your own clock
changes, and adjust your local sense of the weekly meeting time, which would stay the same by solar time until the first meeting in April.
Further, it might be the case that the first meeting in April (first week "a" link above) is a public holiday for you (Easter Monday?) -- if so
perhaps the Group might propose to cancel it (I do not).

I hope we can decide on this at the next meeting -- please be ready to respond!

Kerry
