Hello All, 

I have touched up Decentralised Section: 

http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/socialweb/wiki/FinalReport#Decentralised_Social_Networking_Projects

There are still lots of stubbs to fill in, I will try and work on them, but I am rather tide-up this weekend. 

The only action assigned to me, which I haven't got round to, is the "make the introduction more distributedie"...

I will be able to work on this on tuesday, and not earlier, sorry.
