I spent some time today putting together a pre-alpha WebID specification. All of it may change as I haven't talked with Henry or Toby about it yet... just thought I'd give it a shot to see if I understood what the community was attempting to accomplish. Let me know if I got anything wrong. There is still quite a bit of elaboration that has to be done in the document.
