ACTION [CONTINUES] Use Cases on Privacy and Context

Hi all,

I have added the following use cases on "Privacy and Context" in the
wiki page on the user stories [1]:

1. Intransitivity of Rules/Policies Applied to Social Network Data
2. Inferences based on Contextual Data

I hope to add some more later.
