planet social

A number of ways for us all to communicate and collaborate were  
mentioned on the conference call. To help keep up with them all, I've  
set up "planet social":

presentations. Hope it's OK.)

It currently pulls together this mailing list, the identi.ca group,  
the Wiki recent changes feed, and the 'planet-social' tag on  
delicious.com. I'd also like to include relevant blogs and news  
sites, but only if they have a very good signal-to-noise ratio (i.e.  
most of their stories are relevant to this group). Suggestions welcome.

Hopefully, people will find this useful. If not, then it's easy to  
ignore.
