be in transit so coverage may be patchy.

Joaquin has an early draft on the wiki, which I have started to review  
and expand. Please place an ACTION on me to complete this by the next  
meeting. I suggest that the revised Portability and Architecture TF  
charter forms the basis for the scoping discussion to be arranged. I  
will also liaise with Joaquin, and all those who have expressed their  
interest in that TF on the wiki, to arrange that meeting.
