Updated slides from D2RQ presentation

All,

I would like to thank Ashok once again for giving me the opportunity  
to present the D2RQ mapping language at Friday's telco.

I have slightly updated the slides I used in the presentation. I  
clarified some minor points and addressed some of the questions raised
