Hi All,

Yolanda has asked that Luc and I lead the telecon tomorrow with respect
to reaching consensues on a draft charter. There are two main topics we
wanted to discuss and wanted some input to make the call as efficient as
possible.

1) Deliverables (20 min)
From the proposals so far, there seems to be quite a bit of common
ground on deliverables. The first part of the call we can hopefully get
agreement on that list. If you have deliverables that are not listed in
the proposals from Luc, Satya and Paulo can you please send those before
the call tomorrow?

2) Scope (40 mins)
The rest of the call will be devoted to discussing what the scope of the
working group should be. Here we two main approaches.

1) Have a fairly clear definition of the starting point for the working
group.
2) Let the working group decide what its starting point should be within
the deliverables defined by the charter.

For option 1, there may be many mechansims for defining scope. Luc
proposed one mechanism for defining the scope: listing all terms that
should be considered by the group. If you have any other approaches,
please let the list know so we can discuss this on the call.

If there's anything else you would like to be discussed or covered on
the call please let us know.

Speak to you tomorrow,
Paul
