Provenance XG Tcon Agenda for March 26

This Friday's telecon will be devoted to a discussion on the Dublin  
Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI), particularly looking at future plans  
and possible coordination.  Our presenters are Kai Eckert, Michael  
Panzer, and Thomas Baker.
