requirements doc timeline

Hi All,

I just wanted to follow-up with the timeline for completing the 
requirements document.

Monday, March 22 - First draft ready for review (no figures)
Tuesday, March 30 - Comments on draft due
Friday, April 16 - Complete document done

For comments, please add them to the discussion section and email the 
list when you've done so.
