+ The tutorial illustrated various ways of instilling active behavior into OMM

+ Important event in the context of the national (DE) research programme "Industrie 4.0"
+ OMM integrated into the demonstration setup

+ Continuation at W3C requires support from several companies, ideally also some not active at W3C so far
+ Members of RES-COM are in contact with several companies interested in a standardized digital description of devices
+ Goal is to identify in this group (without W3C at that point of time) if OMM would be suited to address this interest, and if the W3C would be accepted as a platform for conducting a related standardization activity
+ Potential funding opportunities for standardization in the Industrie 4.0 programme, e.g., in Autonomik 4.0 [4]
