RE: [MMSEM-Vocabulary] : DIG35 - RDF/OWl to be included

Dear all,

We have delivered a new release of the DIG35 ontology at [1]. This new
version is a DL ontology. We changed our use of namespaces to be able to
make it DL. Furthermore, previously we tried to use datatypes explicitly
defined in the DIG35 xml schema, but since we couldn’t do this in a DL
ontology we looked for a work-around.

Additionally, a project file is added for Protégé version 3.3. However,
opening the main ontology (DIG35.owl) should work fine either.

All comments, remarks or suggestions are more then welcome,

Kind regards,

Hi Erik,

Just for curiosity:

> The DIG35 ontology is an OWL-FULL ontology.

Why did you need to model an OWL Full ontology?
Are some concepts used as instances?
Do you use AnnotationProperties?
What are the reasons to not have an OWL-DL model?
Best regards.
