[MMSEM-Interoperability] Multimedia Annotation Interoperability Framework

Dear MMSEMers,

Based on the work of Vassilis who had gathered all the use cases in the
wiki page into a single document, I have finalized the interoperability
deliverable, revising and harmonizing the whole document and cleaning
the HTML.
The document is now frozen, and the complete reference is:

link checker [3] as requested by the W3C team.
