Jeff, for "Vocabularies for Multimedia on the Semantic Web", it is already done
and the document is conformed to the pub rules, see Michael's message.
Latest version of the document is at:
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/mmsem/XGR-vocabularies/

For: Image Annotation on the Semantic Web, latest version is at:
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/mmsem/XGR-image-annotation/
I hope to issue the call for publications very soon for both of them.

Yes, the two other documents need to use the XG report format:
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/templates/report.html

For "MPEG-7 and the Semantic Web", as you pointed out, the document will be at:

http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/mmsem/XGR-mpeg7/

For "Multimedia Annotation Interoperability Framework", which short name you
want to use, Vassilis, Jeff ?

Best regards.
