teleconf regrets

Dear all,

I want to send my regrets for not being able to participate in tomorrow's teleconf 
due to an unforseen commitment that takes me out of office.

Furthermore, I feel that I have to apologize not only for my absence since the last teleconf
but also the subsequent delay to update the Use Case I'm concerned with.
I plan to have a meaningfully revised version of the UC by the 12/10 teleconf.
