I noticed the Use Case up/low problem, but it seemed that the names of  
the cases on this page were in the same case as they were on the pages  
for the cases. (Sorry for so many "cases.") We decided on sentence  
case for our sub-headings, but these are the names of documents. If we  
change them to sentence case in the use case report, should we also  
change them to sentence case in the wiki pages for each use case?
