Hi everyone,

OK, what I would propose is:

1.Move MARC from the "Work in progress [...]" section into the "Metadata element sets published as RDF vocabularies" one.

2. Replace the current text at http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/lld/wiki/Vocabulary_and_Dataset#MARC
[
MARC has played a crucial role in the creation and exchange of library metadata. The [http://marcont.corrib.org MarcOnt initiative] has created an [http://marcont.corrib.org/ontology/marcont-2.0.owl OWL ontology] that includes [http://marcont.corrib.org/ontology/ a small sub-set of MARC elements], connected to other ontologies.

* xmlns="http://www.marcont.org/ontology/2.0#"
* Usage examples: [[Use_Case_Archipel]]

MARC has played a crucial role in the creation and exchange of library metadata. An [http://marc21rdf.info/ RDF version of the complete MARC 21 elements] has been published via the [http://metadataregistry.net/ Open Metadata Registry] as a "basic loss-less way to transition MARC 21 data into RDF." Prior to this, the [http://marcont.corrib.org MarcOnt initiative] had created an [http://marcont.corrib.org/ontology/ OWL ontology] that includes a small sub-set of MARC elements, related to other ontologies.

* xmlns="http://marc21rdf.info/elements/"
* Usage examples: [[Use_Case_Archipel]]
