For the author list, Jodi's edit of "OCLC Online Computer Library Center" reflects the legal name and is thus prefered to parenthetical form. Personally speaking, it feels verbose and redundant, but I'm not paid to judge these things for a reason. :-)

+1 to expand the acronym for the benefit of readers in the text, but....

We do not necessarily need to expand the acronym in the list of authors.  I
suggest we do whatever Jeff suggests (and of course Michael, if he is reading
mail this week).
