I wondered about that, too, but I think that this is a change that  
will need to be made in the HTML version, because we can then simply  
link to the other report, we don't need to refer to it in this way.

I'm seeing a lot of areas where we'll need to make the changes in the  
HTML -- that is, just about everything with a reference (URL). So we  
should plan on some editing time for the html docs.
