I have edited the entire section "Data availability" [1], e.g.:

-- "Library Linked Data available today" seems more informative as
   a section title.

-- Distinguishes between Dublin Core (an "element set") and FRBR (a "reference
   framework") instead of referring to them both as "reference metadata 
   frameworks".
