Re: Porting wiki pages from LLDXG wiki to W3C SW wiki

I have created a new page in the SW wiki [1] and copied over the contents of the
LLDXG page, which should now be considered frozen.
 
I also added an introduction, pointing back to the LLDXG page. The two wikis
should, between them, have a complete version history.
